Saline tattoo removal is a non-laser method that uses a natural, salt-based solution to lift and fade unwanted pigment from the skin. A tattoo machine is used to implant the saline into the brow area, which gently draws the pigment out over time. It’s a safe, effective option for lightening or fully removing permanent makeup from the eyebrows.

Most clients require 2 to 4 sessions for optimal results. The number of treatments depends on the depth, color, saturation, and age of the original pigment, as well as your individual skin type and how your body heals. Some may see noticeable results after just one session, while others may need more to reach their goals.

The procedure is typically well tolerated. You may feel a light scratching sensation or some mild discomfort, but numbing is available to help make the treatment more comfortable. Most clients report the experience as similar to their original brow tattoo session—sometimes even easier.

Here’s what to expect after each session:

• Days 1–3: Brows may appear red or swollen. A thin scab will form.

• Days 4–7: Scabbing naturally flakes off—do not pick or scratch.

• Weeks 2–4: Skin continues healing underneath. Pigment fades.

• Weeks 6–8: Full healing. At this point, we can assess whether another session is needed.

For cosmetic tattoos, especially on the face, saline removal can be a gentler alternative to laser. It’s effective on a wide range of pigment colors (including red, pink, and white that lasers often miss), and it poses less risk of scarring or color change in the surrounding skin.

Yes! Once your skin is fully healed and the pigment has faded to a safe level, you can opt for a new brow tattoo. We’ll make sure your skin is ready and discuss the best options for your new shape, style, and color.

Anyone with unwanted or poorly done eyebrow tattoos—including overly dark, misshapen, uneven, or discolored brows. It's also great for clients preparing for a brow correction or refresh. However, it may not be suitable for those with active skin conditions, certain medical issues, or very deep-set pigment (we’ll discuss this during your consultation).

Minor redness, tenderness, and scabbing are normal. As with any skin procedure, there’s a small risk of hyperpigmentation or scarring, but following aftercare instructions closely helps reduce these risks.

Avoid getting the area wet, sweating heavily, wearing makeup on the brows, or using skincare products near the area for at least 7–10 days. We'll provide complete aftercare instructions and check in with you as you heal.

Follow-ups are typically scheduled 6 to 8 weeks after your initial session, allowing the skin time to fully heal and the pigment to settle or fade.
